The Wake-Up Call Back in 2014, I was a software engineer. My days were all about long hours, constant deadlines, and zero focus on my health. I figured I was fine—until a routine check-up told a different story. My blood pressure? Sky-high at 160/120. I was shocked. The doctor didn’t hold back: I had high cholesterol, was overweight, and needed to change my lifestyle ASAP. I tried all the things: diets, walking, even swimming. I’d lose a little weight, but it always came back. It was annoying because I felt like I was caught in a vicious circle. The Shift That Changed Everything Fast forward to 2019—I finally found a coach who didn’t just focus on the weight but taught me how to make real, lasting changes. In just 48 days, I lost 12 kgs, normalized my blood pressure, and felt stronger than I had in years. This wasn’t just about looking different—it was about feeling alive. That’s when I knew I wanted to help others experience this too. Why I Created the Get Fit Challenge I started the 14-Day Get Fit Challenge because I know how hard it is to begin.
